I have several of these classic 1960's Strand pattern 123 theatre lights, complete with original Strand stands.
The lamp are cast from aluminium, with a fresnel lens and sliding focus mechanism. The stands are steel with a very heavy cast iron base, and extend from about 5ft up to over 8ft.
 
These lamps and stands can stripped and polished to order,  and will be rewired to fit a normal household bulb, with the 13a plug and inline switch.
 
Although Strand made many thousands of these lamps, there were primarily intended to hang over the stage and so there were relatively few stands made. To get the lamp and stand together is rare, but they look fantastic together.
